Adecco Professional, through its specialization line in Engineering & Industrial, is recruiting for its client a Time Scheduler/Planning Officer (M/F) to Lisbon.

Key responsibilities:
• Analyze initial project documents such as bill of quantities, planning and time schedule in order to create progress reports and ensure compliancy of these;
• Create an electronic data base for direction of different project areas and equipment;
• Compile a site progress report for the project main monthly reports; Emit monthly invoicing certificates;
• Visit the works site regularly to visualize progress and compare this with the site management report, maintaining constant communication with the Site Manager;
• Review information such as daily record of activities (log), records of material received and used, and reports from various workers;
• Monitor the progress of civil, mechanical and electrical construction, registering works completed;
• Calculate actual site progress according to defined specific criteria, using information received from the Site Supervisor;
• Issue progress reports according to calculated site progress and identification of critical areas/ activities;
• Inform on definition of actions to be taken according to actual progress (anticipate or reinforce activities);
• Record and report progress of construction work.

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related fields from an accredited institution;
• Minimum 3 year work in the Organization or equal experience at similar post;
• Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point;
• Knowledge in reading and analysis of Isometric Drawings;
• English (High Level).
